Joint Pain
Joint pain can be caused by a number of different reasons and it
happens when damage is done to the ligaments, tendons, cartilage or bursae that surround the joints. The bones
that are located within the joints can also be affected with this condition. Pain caused by such conditions
can be mild or severe and it can come and go randomly. Joint pain can affect any joint in your body and it can
affect several of them at one time.
The joint is one of the most complicated parts of the body. Joints connect two bones together and make it
possible to bend and turn in different directions. The joints in the body are what allow a person to walk, sit,
pick up items and so forth. Cartilage combined with a fluid called synovium is located between the joints so the
bones don’t rub together and cause pain. When the cartilage is worn it can lead to inflammation and cause joint
problems. Injuries are one of the leading causes for joint pain. As a person ages, the cartilage can become worn
and cause problems as well.
Below is a list of diseases and injuries that can cause joint pain:

When joint pain is caused by an injury it may be necessary to undergo some type of surgery to correct the
problem. The type and extent of surgery will depend on how severe the injury is and how much damage has been done
to the joint. Surgery may be necessary with certain medical conditions as well.
It’s vital that you take care of your joints as much as possible to avoid injuries that can do damage.
Tips for preventing joint pain include taking care of your body by eating healthy nutritious foods. These will
help to build strong bones and keep you generally healthy. Have a good exercise routine in place. This will help
